Support and contact

We are here to help

The quickest way is from the app: More → Help and support → Report a problem. The reply arrives in “My reports”.

Email

For questions about the app, data and working together. Do not send names or parishioners' details.

kontakt@parohija.app

In the app

A problem report from the app sends the version and the type of device, without anything from the register. That way we find the fault sooner.

Guide

A short guide for each role is in More → Guide, and an introduction is shown the first time you open the app.

Data and privacy

Send requests to see, correct or delete data to kontakt@parohija.app.

Frequently asked questions

How do I schedule a whole street?

Schedule → "A whole street". Choose the street, the day, the start time and the visit length. The app orders the houses and skips those already scheduled or that declined. You can remove houses before saving.

What do the visit statuses mean?

Scheduled is scheduled: no drafts, nothing to confirm. A visit stays Scheduled until someone marks it Done, postpones or cancels it. A helper can tell the priest about the day (Schedule → Share → Notify the priest).

How do I add a helper?

More → Members and devices → Invite a helper. The helper enters the code in the app and you approve them. You can sign a helper out at any time; their phone then deletes the parish data.

How do I import an existing list?

More → Excel import. Pick an .xlsx or .csv file, match the columns to fields and review duplicates before importing.

Does the app work without internet?

Yes. The register, schedule and calendar are on your phone. Changes are saved at once and sent when the internet is back; if someone changed the same thing meanwhile, you will see “Changes not accepted” and can enter it again.

How do I put visits in the phone calendar?

Calendar → pick a day → "Add to Google / Apple Calendar". Each visit is added once; adding again does not duplicate it.

Who sees parishioner data?

Only the priest and the approved helpers of this parish. A companion sees only when the parish is busy, without names. The data is encrypted on the phone, and lock-screen notifications contain no names.

What if I lose my phone?

The priest signs the lost device out under More → Members and devices. If the priest lost the phone, sign in on a new one with a recovery code, or write to us.

How do I get a reminder in the morning?

More → Notifications → Reminders. By default today’s schedule arrives at 7:00 (also when it is empty) and tomorrow’s at 21:30. Add as many as you like: at a chosen time, before each appointment, on some days only. Your phone makes them from the schedule on it, so they arrive without the internet too; to keep the list fresh, the phone should be online now and then.

Who is a companion?

A companion (e.g. your wife) follows the schedule: sees when the parish is busy, without names or addresses, and writes their own personal notes. Invite one with a code from More → Members and devices; it is free. Each of you decides whether the other sees your personal notes.
